Crayfish & Lobster cocktail, romaine lettuce, concasse tomatoes in a seafood dressing, served with Italian bread
Funghi al Crema
Button mushrooms, in a creamy Pinot Grigio white wine & whole grain mustard sauce served with toasted Italian bread
Insalata di Parma e Pera
Thinly sliced Parma ham & poached pears with a Vin Santo reduction
Bruschetta al Fegatini di Pollo
Pan fried chicken livers, garlic, Marsala wine & cream sauce served on toasted Italian bread
Pan fried escalope of turkey wrapped in Parma ham, served with dauphinoise potatoes & roasted root vegetables, with a Marsala wine sauce
Cefalo Al Brodo
Pan fried grey mullet served on a broth of Shetland mussels, clams, fennel, carrots, new potatoes & peas
Slow roasted pork belly rolled & stuffed with rosemary, garlic, breadcrumbs, fennel, sundried tomatoes & mozzarella served with roasted new potatoes, root vegetables & a Chianti red wine sauce

Christmas Menu 2013 - Booking Terms & Conditions
We can accommodate tables of up to a maximum of 16 persons Thursday to Saturday.
A £5 per head non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation for tables of 8 or more. A pre-order of everyone's meal choice is required for tables of 10 or more as soon as possible.
Any cakes or other food prepared outside of Fratelli is prohibited in the restaurant.
A 10% service charge will be added for tables of 8 or more persons.
